Our Heart Keeps coming back to Marco Polo Ortigas

Marco Polo Ortigas is our hotel of choice for quick family staycations.

Why brave the traffic and long drive, when you one can have all the rest and relaxation right inside the Metro?

So to celebrate our wedding anniversary we were again back at our favorite Ortigas Hotel ~ Marco Polo Ortigas.

We got a an upgraded Superior Suite Room with Continental Club benefits.

Our room is located on a high floor with a wonderful panoramic view of the Ortigas cityscape.

The Continental Club benefits comes with luxury amenities.
  • Breakfast, afternoon tea and night cocktails at the Club Lounge
  • There is even butler service (though we did not get to try this one)
  • We just loved the personalized check-in/check-out.
  • Business travelers and balikbayans will also love the Private Reception Area
  • Other standard amenities included:
    • Executive desk
    • In-room safe
    • King bed
    • LCD colour TV with cable channels
    • Marble bathtub
    • Mini-bar and refrigerator
    • Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities
    • Pressing service of one set of suit or dress per stay
    • Rain shower
    • Shoe shine service
    • Wi-Fi internet service

Complimentary Nespresso Coffee (Perfect!)

Well stocked mini-bar (reasonably priced)

I am loving the huge bathroom ~ I can stay here for hours pampering myself PRETTY!

We enjoyed the most the Marco Polo's Continental Club Lounge.

The Continental Club is perched on the top 2 floors of Marco Polo. The view here is truly magnificent.

We love the Continental Club and I highly recommend an upgrade if your budget allows.

The Club is impressive and elegant. The service is personalized.

Food spread is varied. Quality is very good.

As usual we had a wonderful stay at Marco Polo Ortigas and will be back again for sure!

  8. Marco Polo and Crown Towers have the same toiletries and both have capsule coffee machine. May I know how much is their rate per night?

  9. We were supposed to check in at Marco Polo for my birthday last year, but my husband opted to get a hotel in Laguna. They have the same price point - we hoped we went for MP instead!

  16. Such a nice hotel. I haven't tried checking in here, but will consider this when we decided to have a staycation. Happy anniversary! :)

  17. Marco Polo Ortigas is walking distance from our place, so hubby does not consider checking in there for our staycation because of the nearness of the place to us. It's as if we never leave the area if we decide to stay there for a night or two. But if it were all up to me, I'd love for us to go there to experience their lovely personalized service, and yes, to see their Continental Club Lounge, too. -- Maria Teresa Figuerres

  22. I love staycations, but since we are living in the south, we seldom do so because there are very few venues for it here. I hope hotels like Marco Polo would expand near us...

  23. We can actually see this from our window but we haven't had the chance to stay there yet. The place looks so comfy. I've been itching for a staycation since forever haha

One of the things I love about Marco Polo is the fact it's so near and yet you feel like nasa oasis ka in the city :) I've heard so much good reviews about the place and I hope to get the chance to stay in there one day! 27. I love that view so much! What I don't like about the hotel is the location, there's too much traffic before you can park there.
