The Fishing Village is one of Island Cove's restaurants. It serves traditional Filipino dishes, but I guess their specialties are mostly seafoods...
You have on option to dine in one of their dine in huts floating on stilts overlooking the bay (for a min order of P1500) or in nipa huts situated in front of the bay. Since it is just me and my husabnd, plus two kids we opted for the latter.

Good for some picture ops. |
We ordered:
Sisig, sizzling fried chicken with gravy , tokwa't baboy and pancit bihon-canton. For drinks we had mango shake.
Price is a lttle upscale and maybe above the budget for soe. Food is so, so and the Nipa huts blocks the view of Manila Bay...
Service is commendable, staff are attentive and congenial!
Recommendable to friends with balikbayan guests looking for a short worthwhile place to visit near the Metro.
