Hotel Review: Infinity Tower Suites Makati City

It has been customary for my husband and I to take day off from work on Special Family Occasions.

This year however, my eldest' birthday fell on a Tuesday and this busy office mama, can't afford to take Monday off as well...

Thank goodness, I found a perfect solution,  I got a very good deal online on a hotel located barely 2 blocks away from where I work "wink-wink"...

So the idea was, to do a Sunday check-in, walk to work Monday (and spend lengthy breakfast time,  meet with the family for lunch and not rush going home at night).  Since I was on leave Tuesday we had the following day ~ "free and easy".

I bought 2 nights stay at Infinity Tower Suites via Deal Grocer, half of the cost paid using Citibank Rewards Points
(My cash out was only P4500 for a 2 nights stay in a 1 Bedroom Suite, inclusive of Breakfast for 2 with free parking and wifi).

Welcome to Infinity Tower Suites ~ a no frill  service apartment that is right on the budget.   Note though, that since I knew Infinity Tower Suites is already a bit old, I lowered my expectations bit.

Check-in was fast and easy.  The receptionist was very good natured.  We were greeted nicely and attended to immediately.  Really nice start to our stay!

>Our room comes with only 2 free breakfast sets and since we were a party of 4, I requested if we can get the 2nd day free breakfast on the 1st day, I was really pleased my request was granted.

We were offered assistance with our luggage, but we are light packers and declined their offer,
so we led ourselves to our Suite at the 20th floor.

There were 2 cupcakes welcoming our arrival.
I think they are delicious, since my boys took one each and ate the cupcakes as if they are hungry, considering we just had lunch.

I was awed at how huge a 1 bedroom suite is.
According to the Infinity Tower Suites website, a 1 bedroom is about 74sqms in size.   That's bigger than most condo units right?

The Bedroom has a Queen size Bed.  The bed was a bit hard for me, but my husband liked it.

There is also a separate study area.

A working kitchen, with cooking equipment, utensils and dinnerware. And look at that full size refrigerator.

There is also a dining area for 4 and a living room area with a huge sofa facing a TV (with Cignal cable ~ very good channel selections, but my boys were tuned in to the sports channel the entire time we were there).

I can like throw a party for 20+ in this room and would still have a personal space in the bathroom.

Toiletries were not top notched, but it was really not an issue.  Linens, towels and bathrobes though were soft and fluffy. They are new and nicely laundered.

Also comes with the essentials, such as hair dryer, ironing facilities and in-room safe.

It was nice that there is gym and fitness room.  I wanted to try it out
but I did not bring workout clothes and shoes.

The pool was a bit small, but it was clean and the water looked newly replaced when we came in.  My son had a grand time swimming with his papa, while I was working :P

There is also a mini playground beside the pool, but it is for small kids only.  My youngest is already 8 and can't hardly fit in the swing.

Our next day complimentary breakfast was at  The Wholesome Table.  The Wholesome Table offers organic food. My hubby, however is not fan of organic food. He finds the taste too bland.
I on the other hand enjoyed breakfast. The boys seemed to like theirs as well.

Some photo snaps while waiting for our food. The place looks awesome. I felt like I am one with nature.

Our Free Breakfast

 Gluten Free Pancakes

Meat and Eggs Plate
(Free-range Eggs. Broiled Tomatoes. Breakfast Side Salad. Sourdough Toast) each for me, hubby and my eldest.

*Breakfast meals costs about P300 if not part of your room package.

Coffee is good too (P80 for 8oz if not part of your package).

Extra order for our bunsoy "Almond Milk" (P180).

  2. Wow! You really got a good deal here! P4,500 for 2 nights in a suite?? That’s awesome! My best friend stayed here too and she raved about how family friendly it was. Maybe I should avail of that discount coupon as well and spend a staycation with the fam :)
